PIT Summer Speaker Series

Public Interest Technology University Network (PIT-UN) is inviting people from all walks of life interested in learning about, starting a career in, or advancing their knowledge of public interest technology (PIT) to participate in the 2022 PIT-UN Summer Speaker Series.

The 12-part lecture series will draw from some of the foremost experts in the field to teach foundational concepts, skills, and knowledge for advancing Public Interest Technology (PIT).

PIT Speaker Series Timeline

Register between June 20 and July 1 to watch the sessions on demand. Each of the speaker modules explores a different PIT focus and requires a 10-hour time commitment. The speaker series is self-paced and individuals who complete the required modules will earn a PIT-UN digital badge.

To earn an Introduction to Public Interest Technology digital badge, you are required to dedicate a 10-hour time commitment to engage with the material (4 hours of 2 required modules and 6 hours of self-selected module topics) After earning the 2022 summer speaker series course badge, you will be able to help advance your career and build your personal brand around public interest technology.
